The pinnacle of Uji craftsmanship. Sourced from first-harvest tencha leaves grown under traditional tana shade structures. Stone-ground at 40g per hour on granite mills. Intended for traditional preparation (usucha).

Ingredients

100% Japanese matcha green tea (Camellia sinensis). Origin: Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. Japan-registered Geographical Indication.

Allergen-free. Produced in a facility that does not process nuts, gluten, dairy, or soy.

Shelf Life12 months

Sealed in tin under nitrogen atmosphere. Tin provides light protection for optimal color and L-theanine preservation.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 4–6 weeks of opening.
