Ceremonial Matcha No.1 - Ceremonial grade matcha from uji japan
Ceremonial

Rich + Refined + Traditional

Ceremonial Matcha No.1

The pinnacle of Uji craftsmanship. Sourced from first-harvest tencha leaves grown under traditional tana shade structures along the Uji River, where morning mists create a natural canopy that intensifies chlorophyll and L-theanine production. Stone-ground at just 40 grams per hour on century-old granite mills — a pace so deliberate it takes one hour to produce enough matcha for 40 cups. This is not commodity matcha. This is the Uji standard.

  • Naturally rich in catechins and EGCG
  • Rich in L-theanine, a naturally occurring amino acid
  • Made to order — stone-ground fresh, never stockpiled
